  1. HOW IT WORKS-

    • Fill-up with a minimum 10 gallons of gasoline or diesel fuel at a participating 76®, Phillips 66® or Conoco® retail station between June 1st and July 31st, 2008.

    • At the time of purchase, request an official game card ("Game Card") from the cashier. Limit one Game Card per customer per visit. Game Card distribution ends at retail stations on July 31, 2008 or at such time as all Game Cards have been distributed.

    • On the back of the Game Card scratch off coating to reveal your access number for game play ("Access Number").

    • To find out whether you have won a prize, either (i) enter your Access Number online at 76GasForLife.com, Phillips66GasForLife.com or ConocoGasForLife.com, or (ii) call the toll-free number printed on the Game Card [(800) 884-6109] and follow the directions to enter your Access Number. If you are a winner, follow the instructions online or given over the telephone, as applicable, to claim your prize.

    • For entries by phone, limit one entry per day per phone number. For online entries limit one entry per day per email account.

    • To be eligible for a prize, a Game Card Access Number must be verified online or by phone not later than August 15, 2008, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

  2. ALTERNATE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY -

    To receive a Game Card without making a purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ConocoPhillips Gas For Life, Attn: Game Card Request, 693 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14607. Such requests must be postmarked by July 31, 2008 and received by Sponsor not later than August 8, 2008. Limit one request per outer stamped mailing envelope per day. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

  3. PRIZES -

    The Prizes available are: Level 1 Gas For Life - not more than one (1) prize valued at $130,000 (based on $50 per week for 50 years) in the form of a cash annuity paid in equal annual installments of $2,600 per year, without interest. Level 2 Not more than twenty-four (24) prizes of Gas For A Year, each valued at $2,600, paid in ConocoPhillips Gas Certificates. Level 3 Not more than four thousand (4,000) prizes, each valued at $10 and paid in a ConocoPhillips Gas Certificate. All verified prize claims will be fulfilled no later than October 31, 2008. The odds of winning for each of the 4,025 prizes depend on the date and time of entry and the total number of entries and alternate entries received. All prize claims are subject to verification. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. In no event shall Sponsor have any liability to award more than the advertised number of prizes or more prizes than are validly won in accordance with these Official Promotion Rules.

  4. ELIGIBILITY -

    Open to legal residents of the continental U.S. who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in FL and NY and where otherwise prohibited by law. Employees and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members of such employees (whether or not related) of Sponsor, SCA Promotions, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, marketers, dealers, advertising agencies, web designers, promotion agencies and prize suppliers are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Groups, clubs, or organizations are not permitted to participate in this promotion or distribute any portion of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any potential winner.

  5. GENERAL CONDITIONS -

    VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winners of prizes valued over $600 must sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release along with the potential winning Game Card (original Game Card only, no facsimiles, mechanical reproductions, altered Game Cards, or forged Game Cards) within 14 days of Sponsor's first attempted notification. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise determined by Sponsor, at Sponsor's sole discretion. No cash equivalent, transfer or substitution of any prize is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion in the event of unavailability, and in such event, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize acceptance constitutes permission to Sponsor and its agencies and participating retailers to use the recipient's name and/or likeness for advertising or trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, whose decisions are final. Material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Any Game Card that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, contains printing, typographical or other errors, is distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained legitimately will be null and void. If due to a printing, production, technical, typographical or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level per the above, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded, nor will more prizes than are validly won in accordance with these Official Rules be awarded. Sponsor shall also have the right to take such other measures as it deems necessary in its sole discretion to preserve the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of prizes, nor for lost, late, mutilated, illegible entries, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the toll-free number or Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (1) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (2) modify, suspend or terminate all or part of this promotion. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of winning entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the email account or phone number associated with the winning entry.

  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -

    Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, marketers, dealers, advertising agencies, web designers, promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, claims and actions of any kind arising out of or resulting from participation in the promotion or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or other such benefit including, without limitation, claims based on death, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, lost, late, garbled, mutilated, illegible entries, postage-due mail, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind or for entries that for any reason are not received by Sponsor by the stated deadline. Released Parties are not responsible for any error or malfunction that occurs when processing entries, in the announcement of the prizes, in awarding of more prizes than are intended, or in any promotion-related materials. The Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the prizes and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty.

  8. WINNERS LIST -
